If, after using the robot for 60 days, you are not satisfied with its performance, we will offer a complimentary one-on-one consultation with one of our trading experts. Please note that, due to the digital nature of our product and the inherent unpredictability of financial markets, we cannot and do not offer a refund once the Vantage X Auto Trading Robot has been activated on a live trading account. Instead, we focus on providing exceptional support and resources to help you succeed with our product.

Thank you for your interest in VantageX Server, our monthly lease option:
- By signing up for the VantageX Server Monthly lease option, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription. This means that you authorize us to make monthly payments to VantageX Server until your subscription is cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to cancel your subscription will result in continued monthly payments until the subscription is cancelled.
- We do not offer refunds for any payments made prior to cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the VantageX Server until the end of the current billing period. At that point, your access will be terminated and you will no longer be charged.
- If you experience technical difficulties with the VantageX Server, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, we do not offer refunds for technical issues.
